PUBLIC SAFETY
The City of Social Circle is currently accepting applications for the position of a public safety officer which will start off as a police officer. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and also be a Georgia POST Certified Peace Officer. You will be required to obtain a NPQ 1 firefighter certification through in house training. The starting pay will be $14.50 an hour. The hourly pay will increase once you have been certified as a firefighter to $16.68. The City of Social Circle is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
