Director will report to the City Manager and duties will include grant writing, grant administration and work in special projects as directed in addition to daily Better Hometown duties.

Applicant must have the ability to work well with a diverse group of people with excellent oral and written communication.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, planning or public administration or at least 5 years of related experience.
