MINUTES
SOCIAL CIRCLE CITY COUNCIL CALLED MEETING
FEBRUARY 5, 2007, 6:00 PM
COMMUNITY ROOM
Mayor Burgess called the meeting to order with the following Council members present: Anne Peppers, David Terry and Angela Porter.
City Manager Doug White explained the MNGWPD Model Ordinances.
1. Open Space Development Ordinance
2. Stream Buffer Protection Ordinance
3. Illicit Discharge and Illegal Connection Ordinance
4. Floodplain Management/Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance
5. Post-Development Stormwater Management for New Development and Redevelopment
6. Litter Control Ordinance
This meeting serves as the 1st reading of these ordinances to be presented at the February 12, 2007 meeting for approval.
Meeting adjourned at 6:25 PM.
City Manager Doug White reminded everyone of the Retreat Saturday, February 10th at Magnolia Hall at 8:30 AM.
