SOCIAL CIRCLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING

APRIL 5, 2007, 6:00 PM

COMMUNITY ROOM

Mayor Burgess called the meeting to order with the following Council Members present:  David Terry, Traysa Price, Angela Porter and Anne Peppers.  Also present were City Manager Doug White, City Clerk Susan Roper, Asst. City Clerk Barbara Schlageter and Gas Superintendent Robby Miller.

City Manager Doug White briefly told Mayor and Council where we are with the budget process.

Mayor Burgess reported that we had a matter qualifying for Potential Litigation and needed to go into executive session.

Council Member Peppers made a motion, seconded by Council Member Price to adjourn regular session.  All were in favor.

Council Member Peppers made a motion, seconded by Council Member Price to go into executive session.  All were in favor.

Council Member Peppers made a motion, seconded by Council Member Price to go out of executive session.  All were in favor.

Meeting adjourned.
