SOCIAL CIRCLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING

December 29, 2008, 6:30 PM

CALLED MEETING

 

Mayor Burgess called the meeting to order with the following Council Members present: David Terry and Traysa Price.

 

Mayor Burgess presented a petition from Thomas H. Campell, III, Thomas H. Campbell, IV, Thomas H. Campell, Trustee for Jamie Lauren Campbell, John B. Bettis, Charles M. Bettis, Charles M. Bettis and John B. Bettis tenants in Common and MAB Holding requesting annexation of 342.629 acres. The request is for zoning of AG2.   After some discussion Council Member Terry made a motion, seconded by Council Member Price to receive the petition. Council Member Terry, Council Member Price and Mayor Burgess all voted in favor of the motion.
