Mayor Burgess called the meeting to order with the following Council Members present:  Anne Peppers, Traysa Price, Angela Porter and David Terry.  Also present were City Manager Doug White and City Clerk Susan Roper.

Council Member Terry reminded Mayor and Council that Mr. Joe Johnston had resigned from Community Service and someone needed to be appointed to that duty or notify Judge Dally that we don’t have anyone to supervise.

Council Member Terry made a motion, seconded by Council Member Porter to authorize City Clerk Susan Roper to open a checking account for the CDBG activity.  All were in favor.
